Home My WebLink About790720.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO THE TOWN OF LASALLE'S CONSERVATION TRUST FUND ALLOCATION. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Town of LaSalle has submitted a bill to the Finance Officer in the amount of ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($1,450.00) for the construction of new park restrooms, and WHEREAS, the Town of LaSalle was under the understanding that the County would make this payment in 1979, and . WHEREAS, the Board, on September 25, 1978 indicated to the Town of LaSalle that they would pay up to SEVENTY-THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($7,300.00) for the construction of new park restrooms from the Conservation Trust Fund, providing that the money was allocated by December 31, 1978, and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has informed the Board of County Com- missioners that since there was a misunderstanding by the Town of LaSalle that a new resolution would be necessary for approval of payment, and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has indicated to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that funds are available in the Con- servation Trust Fund for the payment of an additional ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($1,450.00) . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of the Town of LaSalle for the ad- ditional ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($1,450.00) from the Con- servation Trust Fund be, and hereby is, approved for payment, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, directs the Director of Finance to prepare a warrant in the amount of ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($1,450.00) from the Conservation Trust Fund, payable to the Town of LaSalle for the completion of the new park restrooms. According to Resolution adopted by the Commissioners , all bills presented will be reimbursed to the Town From the County Conservation Fund up to a total amount of $7 , 300. 00. To date $5 , 850 . 00 has been reimbursed leaving a balance of $.11L.1.51.1-T-00.--due from the County .
