Power Equipment, the lowest bidder, does not meet specs for the tow package which is to include a tow hitch that must be towable with the blade attached. The cost of one Road Broom Sweeper from Faris Machinery is $54,160.00. Manuals are available on-line at no extra cost. This sweeper is a replacement added to the 2016 equipment replacement list.
