RE: ACCEPT OFFICIAL ABSTRACT OF VOTES JUNE 28, 2016, PRIMARY ELECTION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on June 28, 2016, a Primary Election was held in and for the County of Weld,
State of Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk and Recorder has presented the Canvass Board Certification,
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to accept said
certification.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Canvass Board Certification of the June 28, 2016, Primary Election for
Weld County, Colorado, be, and hereby is, accepted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 18th day of July, A.D., 2016.
