Is that correct? The sales in our market analysis ($90.47/sfj, which all appear reasonably comparable to subject and all with similarly sized basements (not sure about their finish), clearly do not support the FMV ($103.17/sf). However, the subject's 2015 acquisition price —t year after valuation date ($1 19.98/sf; I assume with finished basement) comfortably supports the FMV. Extremely mixed signals.
