Please be advised that on November 3, 2016, Lafarge West, Inc. c/o Lafarge North America Inc. whose
address and telephone number are 1687 Cole Blvd. Ste 300, Golden, CO 80401; (303) 809-7231 submitted
a request for partial acreage release for the Nelson Pit, Permit No. M-1974-070. The construction materials
extraction operation is located at or near Section 29, Township 2N, Range 68W, 6 Principal Meridian in
Weld County.
Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to and additional information obtained
