NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weld, State of Colorado, that certain existing Chapters of the Weld County Code be, and hereby are. repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, and the various Chapters are revised to read as follows. The Board of County Commissioners hereby declares that it would have enacted this Ordinance in each and every section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, and phrase thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses, or phrases might be declared to be unconstitutional or invalid. A County employee responsible for the building must be present during events after business hours. If the event is not sponsored by a County member (must be present), the organization will reimburse the County for an additional employee to be present at a rate of $25.00 per hour. Any County labor provided beyond routine building access service will be charged on a cost - recovery basis determined by the County. Through repeal and reenactment of this Appendix, the amount set for the year 2017 is $25,000.00; however, the amount is $150,000.00 for all contracts for a disaster emergency event in the case where a declaration of disaster is made by the Board of County Commissioners.
