RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING MOBILE HOME PERMIT, ZPMH16-0037 -
HORTON ASSOCIATES, LLC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 7th day of
November, 2016, at the hour of 9:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing
the application of Horton Associates, LLC, do Lisa Black, 13678 CR 4, Brighton, CO 80603, for
a Zoning Permit, ZPMH16-0037, for a recreational vehicle to be used for a temporary use during
a medical hardship, located in the A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following described real
estate, to -wit:
Lot A of Recorded Exemption, RECX14-0113; being
located in the N1/2 NE1/4 of Section 32, Township 1
North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be
approved and the matter should be continued to November 16, 2016, at 9:00 a.m., to allow
adequate time to complete the notification to surrounding property owners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to November 16,
2016, at 9:00 a.m.
