RE: AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE LETTER OF CREDIT OF WESTRIDGE
6TH FILING.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of adminstering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado has accepted 23rd Street and two Cul-de-sacs in the
Westridge 6th Filing, into the County Road System, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has now granted
authorization to release the guarantee of payment by the First
National Bank of Greeley in regard to said Westridge 6th Filing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the release of the
guarantee of payment by the First National Bank of Greeley, be,
and hereby is , granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
July, A.D. , 1977.
