Re: Request for Consent to Assign Oil and Gas Lease
Dear Board of Commissioners,
November 13, 2015, Synergy Resources Corporation ("Synergy") entered in to an agreement for the
exchange of certain oil and gas leases in Weld County, Colorado to Extraction Oil & Gas, LLC
("Extraction").
Pursuant to the terms of an oil and gas lease dated April 7, 2015 between Weld County and Synergy,
recorded in Weld County at reception number 4109060, Synergy, hereby respectfully requests your
consent to assign this lease to Extraction Oil & Gas, LLC.
Enclosed please find our check in the amount of $100 to cover the assignment fee. Upon approval,
