RESOLUTION TO AMEND 2016 BUDGET AND APPROPRIATE SUMS OF MONEY
RESOLUTION NO. 2016-06
A RESOLUTION/AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY TO THE VARIOUS FUNDS AND
SPENDING AGENCIES, IN THE AMOUNT AND FOR THE PURPOSE AS SET FORTH BELOW, FOR THE
WINDSOR -SEVERANCE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, COLORADO, FOR THE 2016 BUDGET YEAR.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has adopted the annual budget in accordance with the Local Government
Budget Law, on December 10, 2015, as follows;

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has made provision to exercise its option to purchase leased property from its
2012 COP; and
WHEREAS, such additional expenditures are contingencies which could not have been reasonably forseen at the
time of adoption of the budget; and
WHEREAS, funds are available for such expenditures from the District's cash reserves.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WINDSOR -
SEVERANCE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, COLORADO:
Section 1. That the following sums are hereby appropriated from the revenue of each fund, to each fund, for
purposes stated:
