WHEREAS, After the Gold Rush, Inc. of Weld County, Colorado, has presented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, an application for a county retail license for sale of 3.2 percent beer on the premises, and, WHEREAS, the said applicant, having paid the County Treasurer of Weld County the sum of Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($7.50) therefor, and having produced a state retail license for sale of 3.2 percent beer on the premises, only outside the corporate limits of any town or city in the County of Weld at the location described as follows: 2630 6th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado 80631 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners having examined the said application and the other qualifications of the applicant, do hereby grant License Number 76-17 to said applicant to sell 3.2 percent beer on the premises only at retail at said place, and do hereby authorize and direct the issuance of said license by the Chairman of the Board attested by the County Clerk and Recorder of Weld County, good for one year from the date of issuance unless revoked according to law, providing, however, that the place where license will be conducted in strict conformity to all laws of the State of Colorado and rules and regulations relating thereto, heretofore passed by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, and any violation thereof shall be cause for revocation of the license. 760552 The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of September , A. He has determined that most of the calls made to "After the Gold Rush" are caused by a faulty alarm system. He added that "After the Gold Rush" does not cause any more of a burden on the Sheriff's department than any other similar type establishment in the County with a 3.2% beer license.
