Fire Prevention a . We understand from Hudson Fire Chief Gabrielson, Mark contacted Chief Gabrielson and stated his onsite water source plan was to utilize a 10,000 gallon water tank located on our property at 2886 County Road 41. We did not agree to this use. Our belief is with the nature of both our businesses ( RV / Boat Storage) with the numerous propane tanks onsite and our distance from town, there would be an on-site supplemental water source located on the Woodward proposed property. In the event there is a fire at either location, we would be using our onsite water source for the storage at 2886 CR 41. Do you have information for the Woodward fire protection plan. 2. Is there an Emergency Exit? a . I did not see one on the plans. Concerns during a fire or event with both business primary entrance/exit on County Road 41. This is a small 1 1/2 lane road . 3 . Is there onsite Parking? a. Did not see any onsite parking area for people meeting anyone, gate code access problem, etc. b.
