Turner for the use and benefit of Peter T. Matthews, paying to the said Peter T. Matthews annually any net income from said premises, until the said Peter T. Matthews shall have attained the age of twenty-five (25) years at which time Robert W. Turner, as such trustee, shall convey said premises to Peter T. Matthews, free and clear of any en- cumbrances. The Court having considered the Will, the effect there- upon of the said election of the widow and the agreements and requests hereinabove recited, doth find that the said election of Edith C. Turner to take under the statute eliminated the trust for her benefit created by Paragraph the Second of decedent's last Will and Testament, and that it was the intent of the testator that his children, if living, should take and receive, share and share alike, all the rest, residue and re- mainder of his estate after the devise in trust for the benefit of Peter T.
