RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section -4-4 (a) (3) of the Weld
County Home :Rule Charter, the Planning Commission shall con-
sist of nine (9) members, six to be appointed from geographic
districts as established by the Board of County Commissioners
in Resolution slated February 18 , 1976, and three (3) to be
appointed from the county at large, and
WHEREAS , the Board, -after much research and deliber-
ation, has determined it to be in the best interests of the
county to appoint representatives to the Planning Commission
as follows , to-wit:
District Representative Expiration of Term
1 Tim Weigand, Ault 1978
2 Harry Ashley, Windsor 1978
3 William Elliott, -Greeley 1975
6 Ronald Heitman, Tort Lupton 1977
At Large Marjory Yost, Greeley 1978
At Large J. Ben Nix, Eaton 1979
At Large Chuck Carlson, Eaton 1978
and
WHEREAS, said terms of represent-atives shall expire
on duly 31st of the year specified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
County Commissioners , Weld County, Colorado, that the represen-
tatives hereinabove -mentioned be , and they hereby are appointed
to serve on the planning Commission for the term so stated; and
that they shall serve at the pleasure of the Board.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this 26th nay
of April, A. D. , 1976.
