Bids were received and opened on November 10, 2016 for bid B1600181 EMC Avamar
capacity based licensing. Five (5) bids were received ranging from $43,483.12 to
$75,575.00. Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff has reviewed all of the bid responses. Venture
Technologies from Englewood, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $43,483.12 and
meets the needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the board award B1600181 EMC
Avamar capacity based licensing to Venture Technologies for a total amount of
$43,483.12.
