RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO EVANSTON COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
PROJECT GRANT EV-6-6-DN08 #7 .
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Planning, Gary Fortner, has recom-
mended to the Board that an amendment to Evanston Project Grant
EV-6-6-DN08 '#7 for $995 .00 be made for the reason that due to a
fire, repairs are needed, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado finds that it is in the best interest of Weld County
to approve said amendment to Evanston Project Grant EV-6-6-DN08 #7
in the amount of $995. 00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the amendment for Evans-
ton Community Development Project Grant EV-6-6-DN08 #7 in the
amount of $995 . 00, be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of
April, A.D. , 1978 .
