RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING FILING OF PROCEEDINGS IN EMINENT
DOMAIN, PURSUANT TO SECTION 38-1-101, C.R.S., AGAINST MARK HAMILTON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Filing of Proceedings in Eminent
Domain, Pursuant to Section 38-1-101, C.R.S., against Mark Hamilton, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 30th day of March, 2016, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to April 6, 2016, to allow Mark
Hamilton adequate time to attend the hearing and present his information.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to April 6, 2016,
at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 30th day of March, A.D., 2016.
