Chris, attached are plans and a narrative that we sent to the Fire District for their approval. Earlier I sent you the email

from Sandi, the Fire Marshall, and this is the materials they reviewed and approved.
1st is the revised USR sheet that Kristen had sent to you. It is the
t e overview and shows the changes as requested by the
District. 2nd is a close up or enlarged view of the area around the barn. It shows the same information but only around
the barn area. 3rd is the narrative that goes with the plans.
The only major differences from our earlier plans is the all-weather access around the barn and keeping the driveway on
the east side of the project available for emergency access. We would fence this area and put in a 16' gate for
emergency only vehicles. We would post the gate with signs. The other item discussed in the narrative is removing the
metal siding from the two sides of the building and replacing it with screens or netting. EXHIBIT

we should address this at the Commissioners Hearing on Jan 6th .

Thank you for forwarding me this email. Unfortunately, the revised plat and plan for the eastern access point to stay
open, even just for emergency use only, is unacceptable. Mr. Everitt received the new access point for Lot A of RECX15-
0054 conditionally based on the closure of that eastern access. If the fire district is not requesting it for an emergency
access only then Mr. Everitt will have to relinquish the new access point off of CR 68.5 for Lot A and use one of the three
existing access points instead.

Sorry. See below re: the access. I was out last week and the previous week was a short week. Previously under AP15-
00334 the eastern access to the site was to be closed by January 15th. I was trying to wrap up the recorded exemption
plat for them tomorrow - but I was not sure if this was a problem .
Let me know if you have any questions/issues re: allowing the eastern access to remain open as an emergency only
access.

from Sandi, the Fire Marshall, and this is the materials they reviewed and approved .

e e revised USR sheet that Kristen had sent to you . It is the overview and shows the changes as requested by the
District. 2nd is a close up or enlarged view of the area around the barn. It shows the same information but only around
the barn area . 3rd is the narrative that goes with the plans.
The only major differences from our earlier plans is the all-weather access around the barn and keeping the driveway on
the east side of the project available for emergency access. We would fence this area and put in a 16' gate for
emergency only vehicles. We would post the gate with signs. The other item discussed in the narrative is removing the
metal siding from the two sides of the building and replacing it with screens or netting.
Hopefully these revisions are acceptable to you and the other departments at the County. If so, please let me know how
we should address this at the Commissioners Hearing on Jan 6th .

I won't be able to make it to the meeting today. Our board approved this variance as provided to you by Stan in lieu of
fire sprinklers being installed in this building. One of the conditions put on this project by the board was that before any
further development was conducted on this property, further review of the access and fire hydrant issues would have to
be performed . Access needs to be provided throughout the site and around the building as shown in the plans
submitted to our fire board. I would be ok with the closing of this other access if and only if the one access into the
building was 20 feet unobstructed (which I believe that it is) and was paved or at least made into an all-weather surface
and maintained all year around. No further development can be done on this property without the access issue (only
having 1 access) being addressed at such time. Gates will have to be installed as approved by the fire district based on
fire code. This is not an ideal situation because of the lack of hydrants on the commercial property and the fire load of
what is being stored in this building, but as long as no further development is conducted without prior fire code approval
