Chris Gathman Planner Chris Gathman From: Mary Maxwell <jacaranda1957@gmail.com> Sent: Tuesday, March 08, 2016 10:30 PM To: Chris Gathman Subject: USR16-0002 Dear Chris, I am writing in opposition to the application by Lawrence Kerr for roofing material storage on CR 13 between CR 4 and CR 6. Of the many reasons this permit should be denied I feel the most important is that the use being sought is incompatible with the current zoning as well as the uses of surrounding properties. My husband and I raise Angus cattle on land directly across CR 13 from the applicant, and the increased traffic of running a roofing business is disruptive to the raising of cattle. Since the applicant began storing roofing materials (which I might point out was done without the proper permits in the first place) there have been additional disruptions to the agricultural nature of our area due to increased dust from his property which is now denuded of vegetation, increased noise from large trucks delivering and removing supplies, and the unsightly nature of pallet after pallet of plastic wrapped roofing supplies. Thank you. We live in an agricultural area, and the applicant is requesting a use that is incompatible with surrounding uses. Besides increased dust, noise, and traffic it is a terrible eyesore to drive past all the stacks of roof tiles right next to CR 13. Thank you. Gregory D. Kirkmeyer EXHIBIT 1 1 Z. This will impact our property value. Thank you, Tina Villani EXHIBIT J Hello
