RE: ACKNOWLEDGE CANCELLATION OF TAX LIEN SALE CERTIFICATE
(TS CERT 2012-18765) FOR PARCEL#0707-12-0-00-009
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received one (1) Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT 2012-
18765) for parcel #0707-12-0-00-009, from the Weld County Treasurer, and
WHEREAS, the facts as set forth on the Certificate of Cancellation, marked Exhibit A, a
copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, require the cancellation
of TS CERT 2012-18765, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to acknowledge the cancellation
of the Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT 2012-18765) for the property described above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that cancellation of the Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT 2012-18765), on
parcel #0707-12-0-00-009, by the Weld County Treasurer, be, and hereby is, acknowledged.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 4th day of April, A.D., 2016.

As the Weld County Treasurer, State of Colorado, I request authorization by resolution to cancel the
Tax Lien Sale Certificate number 2012-18765 . pursuant to CRS "39-10-114".i
According to the Treasurer's Tax Sale Records this property went to tax sale on OCTOBER 31, 2012
due to unpaid property taxes for the tax year of 2011.
Reason for this request is as follows: Account R0784486 was deleted due to being combined with
another parcel,R0785486,and to also correct the right-of-way for a highway.A new property tax account
was created. The taxes are not collectible on the deleted account.Therefore,the cancellation of this Tax
