RE: APPROVE QUOTE FOR SECURITY INTELLIGENCE PLATFORM AND AUTHORIZE
CHAIR TO SIGN - LOGRHYTHM, INC.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Quote for the Security Intelligence
Platform between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Public Safety Communications,
and LogRyhthm, Inc., commencing upon full execution of signatures and ending December 31,
2021, with further terms and conditions being as stated in said quote, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said quote, a copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Quote for Security Intelligence Platform between the County of Weld,
State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf
of the Department of Public Safety Communications, and LogRyhthm, Inc., be and hereby is,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said quote.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 1st day of June, A.D., 2016.

It is a security and event management system.
This is an update concerning the purchase of a security intelligence platform. LogRhythm is a
SIEM (security information and event management), and provides log management, file integrity
monitoring and machine analytics, with host and network forensics. LogRhythm provides the
ability to locate threats and risks and is designed to help prevent breaches before they
happen. LogRhythm accurately detects an extensive range of early indicators of compromise,
enabling rapid response and mitigation. The security intelligence platform provides the ability to
secure and monitor our network and comply with regulatory requirements.

for or delivering services it becomes apparent the pre-purchased service hours are not adequate, you will be
immediately informed.
Shipping will be approximately $100 per appliance.

that if Customer previously purchased product from LogRhythm within 36 months of the date of this Order,this Order shall be governed by the same terms and
