HomeMy WebLinkAbout20160096.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT, USR15-0055, FOR ONE (1) SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNIT PER LOT OTHER THAN THOSE PERMITTED UNDER SECTION 23-3-20.A (SECOND SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNIT) IN THE A(AGRICULTURAL)ZONE DISTRICT-DAVID AND HOLLY NOVAK WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 13th day of January, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the application of David and Holly Novak, 4845 Pearl East Circle, S101, Boulder, CO 80301, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR15-0055, for one (1) Single-Family Dwelling Unit per lot other than those permitted under Section 23-3-20.A (second single-family dwelling unit) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following described real estate, to-wit: Lot 1, Block 2, Ranch Eggs, Inc. Subdivision Filing No. 2, First Re-plat; being part of Section 34, Township 1 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board deemed it advisable to continue the matter to January 27, 2016, to allow for consideration by the Planning Commission at a hearing which was continued to January 12, 2016, as a result of a County closure due to inclement weather.
