RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO FAIR BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Fair Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Teri Segelke and Kimberly Tregoning be
appointed to said board, both with terms to expire September 30, 2017, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Valerie Day, Tracy Axton, Aaron Helus, Marlin
Kunau, and Michael Mitchell, be reappointed to said board, all with terms to expire September 30,
2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Teri Segelke and Kimberly Tregoning, both with terms to expire
September 30, 2017, be, and hereby are, appointed; and Valerie Day, Tracy Axton, Aaron Helus,
Marlin Kunan, and Michael Mitchell be, and hereby are, reappointed to the Fair Board, with terms
to expire September 30, 2019.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 29th day of August, A.D., 2016.
