To Whom It May Concern:
A neighborhood meeting will be held Wednesday, 11/30/2016, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Town
Hall located at 401 Locust Street, Frederick, Colorado for the following proposal:
Proposal/Description Maple Ridge II Replat A — Vacation of public right-of-way and dedication of
two cul-de-sac public rights -of -way plus lot line revision of 14 single family
lots. No change in land use or density proposed.
Location Generally, north of Tipple Parkway, west of Hawthorn Street, east of Maple
Drive.
