CHAPTER 23 ZONING ARTICLE IV SUPPLEMENTARY DISTRICT REGULATIONS AND ZONING PERMITS DIVISION 2 - SIGNS Amend Sec. 23-4-75. Definitions. As used in this Division, the words and phrases set forth below have the following definitions: CHANGEABLE COPY SIGN: A sign or portion thereof with characters, letters or illustrations that can be changed or rearranged without altering the face or the surface of the sign. An electronic or digital sign on which the message changes more than six revolutions per minute shall be considered an animated sign and not a changeable copy sign for purposes of this Division. A sign on which the only copy that changes is an electronic or mechanical indication of time or temperature shall be considered a "time and temperature" portion of a sign and not a changeable copy sign for purposes of this Division. Remainder of Section — No change. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board that the Clerk to the Board be, and hereby is, directed to arrange for Municode to supplement the Weld County Code with the amendments contained herein, to coincide with chapters, articles, divisions, sections, and subsections as they currently exist within said Code; and to resolve any inconsistencies regarding capitalization, grammar, and numbering or placement of chapters, articles, divisions, sections, and subsections in said Code.
