Dear Neighbor,
Blue Grama Land Corporation is proposing to locate a crude oil delivery facility approximately 5 miles
east of the entrance to 70 Ranch just east of the intersection of Weld County Roads 61 and 388. The
intent of this facility is to reduce trucks on County Roads. This will be accomplished as the existing oil
producers must leave the Ranch several times a day to transport crude oil off-site. Our facility proposes
to receive the crude oil on the 70 Ranch and transport the oil off site via pipeline vs. the existing trucks.
Therefore, rather than the trucks making several trips a day, you should see a reduction in truck traffic.
We are contacting you regarding our proposal as your property is located within one mile of the
entrance to the 70 Ranch .
NGL Energy Partners/Blue Grama has submitted a Use by Special Review Permit and our Planning
Commission hearing is scheduled for January 12, 2015 . We would be more than happy to come and
