There were no previous drainage problems with this property. The property is also not within a floodplain. The proposed drainage plan will maintain the historic drainage route. Sorry. I think there was some confusion on my end as the application description states — business site and dwelling place. In order for your application to fall under the Home Business ($ 1,200 . 00) amount — a house has to be on the property (lived in by the owner or operator of the business) when the USR is approved . To operate a business with no residence on site falls under the all other category - $2,500 . 00 . When we originally had our pre -application meeting with you there were discussions about this. I can find no record of any building permits having been applied for your residence. Your options are as follows: Pay the fee for the standard Use by Special Review Permit application fee: $2,500.00 OR Apply for a building permit for a residence on the site and construct a residence before your USR could be approved by the Board of County Commissioners. I checked a similar situation that occurred in 2009 and the case could not be heard by either the Planning Commission or Board of County Commissioners until the building permit for the residence was finaled . My assumption is that you wish to proceed with the Use by Special Review permit under the $2,500.00. If that is the case I will need an additional $ 1,300.00. You can drop off another check, submit a replacement check in the amount of $2,500.00 or pay be credit card . I noticed one other minor item : The deed lists Jaylynn, Nevin and Karen as owners.
