Evidence of Adequate Sewage Disposal
Temporary sewage disposal, in the form of portable toilets, will be provided during construction and the
initial stages of operation. Immediately after construction is complete, a portable toilet will be provided
for truck drivers and on -site personnel.
After operations have begun, a leach field will be constructed and connected to the office building.
Within the office building, Saddle Butte is proposing to build two restrooms utilized by approximately 3
employees and the occasional truck driver.

Evidence of Adequate Water Supply
Currently, there is no domestic water on site. During construction and initial operation, bottled
water will be provided by the construction contractor until a permanent water source can be
established. Currently, Saddle Butte is consulting with North Weld County Water District about
providing a permanent water supply to the site for both domestic use and fire suppression.
Water for dust abatement will be trucked to the site by the construction contractor from a
municipal site.
