Despite what the County Commission may decide, we've decided that it is not in the best interest of the local community or of our company to locate the project in an area with such significant opposition . We have substantial ongoing concerns that the local residents will continue to oppose the project well after approval. As a small business with limited resources we don't possess the ability to continue to mitigate such opposition for extended periods of time. Seeing that we have already completed the required application, survey, and payment for the RE, can we finalize the RE for the benefit of the existing land owners?
