County Pfannang be , GREELEY OFFICE My name is Aaron German. I am the managing member of Crown Prince Holdings LLC, the property owner of 16500 CR 12, Fort Lupton, CO 80621. I recently received a card from Weld County regarding the proposed Gas Plant that would abut the entire south end of the property. I have numerous concerns with this proposed facility. 1. Negative impact to the surrounding property owners/ tenants in regards to pollution. This facility will create noise pollution from the gas processing equipment running 24 hours aday/ trucks driving back and forth. There will be light pollution from the required lighting at the facility which will no doubt be on constantly, There will be air pollution from the constant processing of the gas as well as dust from trucks and other vehicles going back and forth from the facility. 2. Negative impact on rental income from tenants. I have a family that is lining in the home located on my property at the top of the hill overlooking the proposed gas plant location. They love the property in its agricultural state and I'm concerned that they won't want to stay at the home if this facility gets constructed. It will severely impact their way of Ufe and happiness with the property. 3. Negative impact on property values. I'm concerned that this gas processing facility will be very detrimental to the value of my land, barns and the home on the property. I have over 70 acres of natural grasslands on the property that have an abundance of wildlife including jack rabbits, pheasant, dove, owls, red tail hawks and other native species. These animals will probably be uprooted by this facility as well. The entire 40 acres that border this proposed facility will be almost worthless from a property value standpoint. EXHIBIT C7sR4W-[t'3 j tt The home which has a large deck facing south would have a view of a large gas processing facility instead of the beautiful natural grasslands that are currently there, I know that gas processing facilities are vital in order to keep homes warm and businesses operating in Weld County. I ask that you consider relocating this facility to a more industrial location that will have a lesser impact on residents and property owners. Please call me with any further questions regarding this issue. Sincerely, Aaron M.
