Dear Ms. Aungst,
Thank you for referring project USR15-0064 to Central Weld County Water District for review.
This property is within Central Weld County Water District boundaries and is petitioned into
Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District boundaries. There are 2 existing taps that serve this
parcel, Tap #61 & Tap #1157.
A water tap installation is for a specific parcel of property and in no case will a customer be permitted
to extend a service line from one parcel or property to another parcel to provide additional water
service.
Mr. Knevelbaard was provided a letter in August (this letter was included in his packet submittal to
the county), which will be applicable should he start the calf operation. Mr. Knevelbaard is currently
working with Central Weld in obtaining the water he needs.
