RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Regional Communications Advisory Board,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Sam Kaneta III be appointed to said board as
the Sheriffs Office representative, to replace Todd Deutsch, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Sam Kaneta III to said board as a
standing position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Sam Kaneta III be, and hereby is, appointed to the Regional
Communications Advisory Board as a standing position.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 1st day of February, A.D., 2016.
