Ry. tracks, running south approximately a mile is granted under the following conditions and agreements: That this pipe line will be laid as near the fence line as possible - t----.---Land five feet in depth. The back£illing to be well tamped and packed and. • I,. that all dirt and debris be removed from the highway right-of-way when this • work is completed. I. That you maintain this line at all times and assume full responsibility for any damage it may cause, That you agree to pay for any repairs that must be made to this portion of road because of installation.
