Dear Mineral Interest Owner or Lessee,
As required by Colorado State Statute 24-65.5-103, I am notifying you that Weld County Public Works
has submitted an application to the Weld County Planning Department for The Peters 313 Gravel Pit, on
property located in Section 26, Township 12 North, Range 63 West. Sixth Prime Meridian. The location
of the gravel pit is approximately 1 mile west of County Road 71 on the south side of County Road 136.6.
The initial public hearing will be held before the Weld County Planning Commission on November 15,
2016 at 12:30 pm at the Weld County Administration Building, 1150 0 Street, Greeley, Colorado.
Final approval or disapproval of the application will be considered by the Weld County Commissioners at
a later date, at the Weld County Administration Building, 1150 0 Street, Greeley, Colorado.
