REGULAR MEMBER, WELD COUNTY
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT:
WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment shall consist of
five regular members and a vacancy does now exist, due to
the resignation of Harry Claus, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Bob Hogan
be appointed to fill said vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Mr.
Bob Hogan be and he is hereby appointed to fill the vacancy,
beginning as of this date and ending December 31, 1975, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Mr. Bob Hogan be and
he is hereby appointed to serve a successive term of three
years, beginning January 1, 1976 and ending December 31 ,
1978 .
-The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this
30th day of July, 1975.
