Hi,
I was unable to attend the planning meeting, and am unsure if I will be able to attend the Commissioners Meeting in
May.
After reviewing all the documents on your website, I believe the Deicing Plant would be a good fit for the area
It would bring jobs back to the US, providing employment opportunities in the area and leave a small imprint on the
community.
The location is approximately 1-1/2 miles north of our home, Rocking Horse Subdivision, Adams County.

Dear Commissioner Mike Freeman ,
I am writing this letter to oppose the proposed New Dealitcing Facility that would be
located at County Road 4 and County Road 45 in Weld County, with DES Project
Number 2016D00XXX . The name of this limited liability company is Bervan Industries,
•LLC -of 2456 Syracuse St. Denver , CO 80238 with the •registered -agent .name of Mi-ao
Xiaobai.
This is zoned agricuiture , single residence and has NO place for this industrial
Complex. I oppose this to protect myself and neighbors who have elected to live out
here for that reason ! I oppose this because of the huge well that they will drill and could
damage the flow and life of our wells . I understand they are looking at a 6"-8" well . We
count on our wells to survive, not to ,make and profit from hazardous chemicals and
materials . There is already enough going on out here with the Fracking . This should be
done on an industnal site or better yet out at VIA since this is where the Deicing
material will end up . There is already enough damage being done to our environment,
land , water and air.
The problem with everything is GREED! -Money talks and gets its' way! The problem
is our short life span . If we lived to be 400-500 years old instead of 75-85 . we would

lifetime rather than taking the quick money now and handing these terrible
consequences to our children and their children ! Please do not allow this project to
happen out here and destroy our quality of life .

Good Morning Chris,
We would like to withdraw our USR application from Weld County for the CR 4 & 45 location as well as cancel the
County Commission Hearing scheduled for Wednesday, May 18th. Despite what the County Commission may decide,
we've decided that it is not in the best interest of the local community or of our company to locate the project in an area
with such significant opposition. We have substantial ongoing concerns that the local residents will continue to oppose
the project well after approval. As a small business with limited resources we don't possess the ability to continue to
mitigate such opposition for extended periods of time.
Seeing that we have already completed the required application, survey, and payment for the RE, can we finalize the RE
for the benefit of the existing land owners?
