The Information Technology staff has reviewed all of the bid responses. CDW
Government LLC from Vernon Hills, IL proposed the lowest cost solution of$14,364.02
and meets the needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the board award B1600076, F5
Maintenance to CDW Government LLC for a total amount of$14,364.02.
