Dear Mr, Billings:
In answer to your inquiry the other day, Mrs. Carlson's term
on the High Plains Public Library System Council does expire
in June of 1975. Since she cannot serve another term, the
library Board of Trustees would like to recommend Mr. Ernest Ross,
Rt. 1, Box 791, Windsor, as her replacement. This appointment
would be for a three year term beginning in June.
