Dear Mrs. Steinmark and Gentlemen of the Board:
The Weld County Council had the opportunity to hear Mr. Charles
Lucia on March 2 report on the developments in the personnel
department. He is presently working on a new pay reclassifica-
tion system which, being effective prior to budget time, will
hopefully solve some of the problems the Board of County
Commissioners and the County Council were concerned with during
last year's budget time.
We are very much impressed with the fine program he is producing
and wish to commend his work.
