Dear Regional Administrator Rick Garcia:
Weld County does not withdraw any previously granted approval of emergency shelter
activities provided by Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Denver, Weld County Regional
Office at the Guadalupe Community Center, which are located within Weld County.
Weld County does not manage or oversee the emergency shelter activities of independent
agencies.

Dear Jenny, Happy election day.
I writing to request your help again regarding our Emergency Solution Grant. Several years ago our county
commissioners chose to the write a letter stating they were not withdrawing their previous grant approval. This
was one of the options required by the grant process.
I attached the letter from last year, signed by Commissioner Kirkmeyer. I think this is the fourth time we have
used this identical letter.
I would so appreciate it if you could produce a duplicate letter and have one of the commisioners sign. We have
a new grant writter and we have a short window of time to complete this grant —and ofcourse it is complicated
by this being such a busy time for the Commissioners.
