Chris Gathman — Planner From: Peggy Brawn [mailto:pbrawn@fifthcreekenergy.com] Sent: Monday, November 14, 2016 12:38 PM To: Chris Gathman <cgathman@co.weld.co.us> Cc: Jay McDonald <jmcdonald@co.weld.co.us> Subject: USR16-0032 Good Afternoon, Tomorrow is the commission hearing for the gravel pit that is proposed to be located on the SW corner of one of our oil/gas pad locations, case number USR 16-0032. I am writing to inquire about the process of the hearing and what should be expected. Fifth Creek is not currently contesting the plan, however, we want to know if a written statement is expected of us regarding our position on the plan or if we have to be present at the hearing to voice our concerns or if some other process should be followed. We are concerned that the current plan will force us move our pad location, which would incur additional costs for us, and we just want to ensure that we are aware of the proper avenue to be included in the hearing. Fifth Creek is very new to this process, as we have just recently acquired this acreage. If you aren't the proper person to ask please let me know who I should direct this email to. I apologize for the lateness of this question, as the hearing is tomorrow. Thank you in advance for any information you could provide Regards, Peggy Brawn Engineering Technician FIFTH CREEK 5251 DTC Parkway, Suite 420 Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111 720.907.0911 ext 1001 720.545.8493 (cell) Ora lvn(ii fifthcrcckcncrgrv.com ti:v•v•.lifthcrcckcncru .com Hello
