Percolation Tests Revard Construction Part of the S 1/4 of SE 114, S29, T6N, R65 W, of the 6thPM Weld County, CO PIN #: Pending Dear Jeff: Please find enclosed the data pertaining to percolation tests performed for an Individual Sewage Disposal System (I.S.D.S.) for the above referenced site. Percolation tests were performed by Horizon Construction Services, LLC (Horizon) on December 4, 1998. The average percolation rate was found to be 10.32 minutes per inch and is summarized on Table No. 1. The average percolation rate met the County regulation rates for a standard system. No limiting zone or ground water was encountered at the site. See attached Soil Profile. It is our recommendation that a standard I.S.D.S. system be allowed at the above referenced site.
