In accordance with Section §20(I) of the Original Grant Agreement between the State of Colorado,
acting by and through the Department of Public Safety, Division of Homeland Security and
Emergency Management, and Weld County, the provisions of the Contract and any amendments
thereto affected by this Grant Change Letter are modified as follows:
1) Project Description. This modification is to specify the change in generator size for this project
from a 125 KW generator, as listed in the original grant agreement, to an 80 KW generator.
2) Price/Cost. The maximum amount payable by the State for performance of this Award remains the
same as in the Form 1 Number 1.
3) Initial Term Extension. The termination date specified in §5(A) of the Grant remains the same.
4) Effective Date. The effective date hereof is upon approval of the State Controller.
5) Additional Requirements. None

STATE CONTROLLER
CRS §24-30-202 requires the State Controller to approve
all State Grants. This Grant is not valid until signed and
dated below by the State Controller or delegate. Grantee
is not authorized to begin performance until such time. If
Grantee begins performing prior thereto, the State of
Colorado is not obligated to pay Grantee for such
performance or for any goods and/or services provided
hereunder.
