RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT,
USR15-0069, FOR MINERAL RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT FACILITIES, INCLUDING
OIL AND GAS SUPPORT AND SERVICE (SIX (6) COMPRESSORS) IN THE
A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - JERRE BRADT AND BILLEE ROSENTHAL,
C/O STERLING ENERGY INVESTMENTS, LLC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public e g
February, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing
the application of Jerre Bradt and Billee Rosenthal, 4322 S. Quail Ct, Littleton, CO 80127, do
Sterling Energy Investments, LLC, 1200 17th Street, Suite 2850, Denver, CO 80202, for a Site
Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, 15-0069, for Mineral Resource
Development Facilities, including Oil and Gas Support and Service (six (6) compressors) in the
A (Agricultural) Zone District in the A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following described real
estate, to-wit:
Subdivision Exemption, SUBX14-0013; being part of
the N1/2 of Section 3, Township 7 North, Range 61
West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be
approved and the matter should be continued to March 23, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., to allow
Jerre Bradt and Billee Rosenthal, do Sterling Energy Investments, LLC, adequate time to
complete the state mandated 30-day mineral notification.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
March 23, 2016, at 10:00 a.m.
