RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING REQUEST TO PURSUE AN INJUNCTION
AGAINST ROGER UNREIN FOR VIOLATION OF THE WELD COUNTY CODE -
ZCV16-00075
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request to pursue an injunction against
Roger Unrein for the operation of an RV -Camper Trailer campground, as well as the presence of
more than one (1) principal dwelling unit that is not permitted, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 12th day of September, 2016, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to October 10, 2016 to allow
Roger Unrein adequate time to come into compliance with Weld County Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to October 10,
2016, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 12th day of September, A.D., 2016.
