BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that they hereby sign the second
replat of Lots 5 and 6, Apollo Subdivision, as recommended
by the Weld County Planning Commission. Said area is more
particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of said Lot 5;
thence S89°09 ' 00" W on an assumed bearing along
the North line said Lot 5 a distance of 1298 . 08
feet to the Northwest Corner said Lot 5; thence
S00°00' 00" W along the West line of said Lots 5
and 6 a distance of 646 . 00 feet to the Southwest
Corner said Lot 6; thence N 89°09 ' 38" E along the
South line said Lot 6 a distance of 1298 .08 feet
to the Southeast Corner said Lot 6; thence N
00°00 ' 00" E along the East line said Lots 5 and
6 a distance of 646 . 24 feet to the Point of Be-
ginning.
Contains 19 . 252 acres, more or less.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this
30th day of July, 1975.

Be it Resolved by the Weld County Planning Commission that the

located on the following described property in Weld County ,
Colorado , to-wit :
see attached plat
be recommended ( favorably ) ( mm#riaxxnsmxnbdny) to the Board of County
Commissioners for the following reasons : (1 ) Complies with subdi-
vision regulations for resubdivision, Section 6-4A of the Weld County Subdi-
vision Regulations; (2) The plat complies with all requirements for recording
of final plats; (3) The replat does not create new lots, but realigns two
existing lots; and (4) Water and sewer are available on the property.
