Said area is more particularly described as follows : Beginning at the Northeast Corner of said Lot 5; thence S89°09 ' 00" W on an assumed bearing along the North line said Lot 5 a distance of 1298 . 08 feet to the Northwest Corner said Lot 5; thence S00°00' 00" W along the West line of said Lots 5 and 6 a distance of 646 . 00 feet to the Southwest Corner said Lot 6; thence N 89°09 ' 38" E along the South line said Lot 6 a distance of 1298 .08 feet to the Southeast Corner said Lot 6; thence N 00°00 ' 00" E along the East line said Lots 5 and 6 a distance of 646 . 24 feet to the Point of Be- ginning.
