RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING PETITION FOR VACATION OF A PORTION OF
COUNTY ROAD 118 BETWEEN COUNTY ROAD 81 AND COUNTY ROAD 87 - JAMES
KONIG
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Petition for Vacation of a Portion of
County Road 118 between County Road 81 and County Road 87 for James Konig, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 21st day of November, 2016, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to January 9, 2017, to allow
James Konig adequate time to work with the Department of Planning Services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to January 9,
2017, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 21st day of November, A.D., 2016.
