3) A second dwelling permit in the A (Agricultural) Zone District.
2. Natural run off water comes from the adjacent property to the East and
flows to the West.
3. Natural run off water flow across the property to the West on to the
adjacent properties.
4. The direction of flow is from East to West.
5. No known previous drainage problem.

1. Explain, in detail, the proposed use of the property.
A single family accessory in-law residence is proposed.
Family member to reside and assist with agricultural endeavors while physically
able, then in later years receive needed care from family on site.
One story construction and design to blend naturally with surroundings, and occupy
small SE corner section of the existing property. The existing total parcel, located in
unincorporated Weld County, and zoned Agricultural, currently has one single
family dwelling residence, plus one detached structure which includes two horse
stalls, hay storage, tack area, equipment storage, and garage. The entire property is
fenced with the north side being cross fenced for pasture for currently two horses,
and hay cropping.

Explanation
The proposed accessory in-law quarters allow for a family member to reside and
assist in the agricultural, equine, pasture use and maintenance of the land.
When age or health render the family member unable to assist with the agricultural
endeavors, the family member will be on -site to receive help, care, transportation to
medical appointments.
