RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF ERIK MALINOWSKI TO HUMAN SERVICES
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Human Services Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Erik Malinowski be appointed to said board
as the Low Income representative, to replace Beth Danielson, with a term to expire
December 31, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Erik Malinowski be, and hereby is, appointed to the Human Services
Committee, with a term to expire December 31, 2016.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 12th day of September, A.D., 2016.
