Term. The term of this Agreement begins upon the date of the execution of this Agreement by County, and shall continue through and until Contract Professional's completion of the responsibilities described in Exhibit A. Both of the parties to this Agreement understand and agree that the laws of the State of Colorado prohibit County from entering into Agreements which bind County for periods longer than one year. WE PROVIDE WHAT OTHER COMPANIES CANNOT OR SIMPLY WILL NOT. *Our reputation as one of the premier irrigation companies in Northern Colorado is based on our belief that people deserve quality service for money hard earned. *We live and work in this community and believe an irrigation system is only as good as the people who install it. For the past 22 years this gives us the opportunity to see the work of our competitors and homeowners. We have the experience and expertise to provide customers what others will not or cannot! *A professionally installed system is a custom engineered product. It requires skill and education. Don't let a bargain price pressure you into an inferior system. *The average irrigation system contains over 1,200 components from plumbing to electrical. We stand behind the products and processes of our installation. If something's not right, we will make it right! *Customers two largest concerns are quality and financial responsibilities. We understand these concerns. Our goal is to provide you with quality workmanship and products you can count on for years to come! C ALL TERRAIN Ponds. Sprinklers a.
